I am looking for more discounts or promo codes, would you happen to offer any further discounted rates?
Yes we are always looking to offer more stamps at discounted prices, please subscribe to our newsletter as we regularly send out emails with promotional codes within them! Please note that some discounts are limited to certain product categories only (i.e. Commemorative Stamps). We also offer stamp purchase in bulk. Please refer to the bulk orders section for further deals.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We try our best to ship items out as quickly as we can. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for your orders to be shipped out and an estimated 2 - 3 working days for goods to be delivered. During bank holidays and peak season please allow an additional 5-10 working days for the goods to be delivered to you.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you will have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be liable for the shipping cost of returning your goods to us. The goods must returned within 14 days in line with the 'distance selling' policies. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service as we will not be held responsible for failure of delivery of returned items. To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include your order number and reason for return along with the goods. Once the item is received by us then your payment will be credited minus any shipping costs (where applicable) and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your returns.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your orders anytime before it has been dispatched for a full refund. If the item is already shipped out, please get in touch so arrangements can be made for the products to be returned to us.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have provided an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know.If the goods has been dispatched to the wrong address, we would not unfortunately not be able to redirect the package to the right address.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on Royal Mail and where the goods are heading to. Please plan ahead so you can receive the goods ahead of time. For UK shipments they normally arrive within 2-5 working days after you have placed an order.
